Returns - this is how it works
1. revoke the purchase contract within max. 14 days
Once this period has expired, it is no longer possible to cancel effectively. Returning the goods without comment does not constitute an effective revocation of the purchase contract.
2. enclose the packing slip
If you have thrown away the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name and order number with the package so that the shipment can be assigned and processed without any problems.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS
Signs of use: Goods ordered online may only be inspected in the same way as would be possible and usual in a store!
Return costs: The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods if they cancel their purchase. You can find more information here.
Partial revocation: If you only partially revoke your purchase and the shipping costs fall below our free shipping limit, the regular shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. This means that you only pay the exact shipping costs that you would have paid if you had only ordered the remaining item(s) from the outset. Here you will find detailed information on partial withdrawal.
Avoid transport damage: Ensure that the goods are packaged so that they cannot be knocked or dropped! The contents must be padded on all 6 sides so that they can withstand a fall from a height of 1 meter, e.g. from a sorting belt or parcel trolley! At least 2 cm of padding must be used on all sides. Never place goods directly against the carton wall without padding!
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact

- Then order and pay for the item you want instead in a new order process.
We do not offset returned and newly ordered goods; returns/refunds and new orders are handled separately for technical reasons.
Complaints
As far as the packaging allows, all our articles are subjected to an expert visual inspection before dispatch in order to ensure that you only receive goods that are free of typical defects.
If you have something to complain about
If you do have a complaint about an item we have delivered to you, we would therefore ask you to name or document any defects as precisely as possible when making a complaint. In addition to a description, you are also welcome to send us a few photos (please take at least one photo of the entire product and one photo of the defect you are complaining about in detail). It may be possible to clarify alleged defects before a return or to compensate for actual minor material defects in another way to your satisfaction.
To contact us, please use the service e-mail address stated on the packing slip / invoice and do not forget to state your order number (PP-....) in the subject line so that your inquiry can be assigned correctly and quickly without any doubt.
A complaint is not a revocation
Please note: In the event of a complaint, the purchase contract remains valid and we have the right to subsequent performance / rectification!
