Aluminum and cast aluminum pots

Pots made of aluminum or cast aluminum with non-stick or ceramic coatings on the inside are extremely versatile and allow low-fat cooking. In addition, these pots are particularly easy to care for. Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum, these pots are warm right up to the rim and distribute the heat very well.

For models with molded aluminum handles without plastic or silicone pads, please note that the aluminum handles heat up very quickly during use; please always use oven mitts.
