The Classy Wood pan has a high-quality Greblon ceramic coating from the German company Weilburger. The Classy Wood pan is of course suitable for any type of stove, including induction hobs. A special feature is the full disc base: While conventional aluminum pans suitable for induction usually have an induction base with many small holes, the Classy Wood pan can boast a full-surface induction base. This means approximately 25% more inductively heatable area, improved efficiency, a faster response and therefore less energy consumption.
